The official Wagyu beef ear tags and tag applicators can now be ordered from the Wagyu office. The tag includes a combination of a management tag, radio frequency identification device (RFID) and a DNA Tissue sample unit (TSU) vial. Delivery will take eight weeks. The whole unit costs only R39.00 and this price has been negotiated for three years. The Tag applicator costs R200 and TSU applicator R520.00
